This is a virtual service that requires a consultation prior to scheduling. It is most appropriate for those who are struggling with managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress. It is also for anyone having difficulty adjusting to a new change in their life and seeking to find a healthy balance. Therapy is a safe environment where your needs can be heard. This space is designed for healing past and present trauma that may be acting as a barrier in your life.
What is Holistic Wellness Coaching?
Wellness Coaching is a brief solution-focused model designed to guide and support you as you work towards improving your well-being in all areas of wellness. Whether that be learning how to lose weight, adopting a new mindset, improving energy, adopting new spiritual practices, or managing stress we are here to help you create a lifestyle that works for you! This service includes a wellness assessment to identify problem areas, past attempts to resolve your area(s) of concern, and to develop realistic goals to resolve your identified problems. Having a Wellness Coach is like having someone who can hold you accountable as they empower you to create sustainable and positive behavior changes.
30 Day Program – Self-Love 1:1
This holistic wellness program is fit for someone who wants support with incorporating healthy habits into their daily routine. It includes a health and wellness assessment, goal setting, treatment planning, weekly 45 min wellness coaching sessions, text/email support, health education, customized daily affirmations, meal and exercise education and support, meditation and breathwork exercises, chakra healing, reiki and mindfulness resources to get you started on your healing journey towards self-love for your mind, body, and spirit.
